On the morning of September 4th, Luo Yuanyuan, General Manager of Zhejiang Shuangyang Group, presented scholarships and awards to three student representatives and eleven parents who received the 2025 Employee Children's Scholarships. This was to commend their outstanding academic achievements and encourage them to continue pursuing knowledge and striving for excellence.
The scholarship selection covered the junior and senior high school entrance examinations. Students admitted to Cixi High School or equivalent or higher-level key high schools received 2000 yuan; students admitted to 985 or 211 universities received 5000 yuan; students admitted to Double First-Class universities received 2000 yuan; and students admitted to other ordinary undergraduate programs received 1000 yuan. A total of 11 children of employees received scholarships, including those admitted to 985 and 211 universities, and one student was admitted to Cixi High School through a competition.

Luo Yuanyuan, Party Branch Secretary, Director of the Youth Care Committee, and General Manager, represented the company's party, government, and labor organizations and all cadres and employees in extending heartfelt congratulations to all the students who achieved excellent results, and sincere greetings to the hardworking employee parents. She also offered three hopes to the students: First, to study diligently, be self-disciplined and self-reliant. They should cherish their study time, diligently research and explore the unknown, integrate their personal growth into the development of the times, and strive to become new-era youth with ideals, abilities, and a sense of responsibility. Second, to be grateful and inclusive, and to demonstrate this in their actions. They should always be grateful, transforming their gratitude into a determination to succeed and a source of motivation, using a hundredfold effort and dedication to learn knowledge and skills, and repaying their families and society with excellent grades, a positive attitude, and a positive life. Third, to remain true to their original aspirations and be proactive. They should be down-to-earth, progressive, and responsible individuals, striving hard to achieve a better version of themselves. Students should not only master knowledge but also inherit the fighting spirit of their parents, who persevered even in the face of difficulties. They should be respectful, disciplined, and abide by the rules, becoming capable young people who take on responsibilities in the new era.

During the lucky draw, Cen Yangzhen, a parent representative from the export department, won the first prize. Her son, Hu Chenyu, was admitted to Zhejiang University and received the Shuangyang First-Class Scholarship.

At this scholarship award ceremony, a heartwarming incident occurred. Xiao Huali, a student admitted to the "Big Data Management and Application" program at Hohai University, presented a banner to Chairman Luo Guoming and General Manager Luo Yuanyuan with the inscription "Heartfelt assistance to those in need, love for education as vast as the sea and as solid as a mountain," to express her gratitude.

Xiao Huali has five siblings, and she is the eldest daughter. Her father is unable to do physical labor due to health reasons, and the family relies solely on her mother Dong Yuanmei's income from working at Shuangyang. After receiving her university acceptance letter, the family was worried about tuition and living expenses. Upon learning of this situation, under the care of Chairman Luo Guoming and General Manager Luo Yuanyuan, in addition to awarding her a 5,000 yuan scholarship, they also coordinated with various levels of trade unions and the Youth Care Committee to raise nearly 20,000 yuan in financial aid for her.
In her speech, Xiao Huali expressed her gratitude: "This scholarship and financial aid are not only an affirmation of my past efforts but also an encouragement for my future studies. I will remember this kindness and repay my parents, the company, and society with even better academic achievements."

General Manager Luo Yuanyuan (first from the left) and Xiao Huali (second from the right) had a pleasant conversation, and she was invited to intern at Shuangyang next summer.

In addition to the scholarship program, the company also provides comprehensive support for employees' families and children's education through initiatives such as holiday reading rooms for employees' children, summer internship opportunities, and preferential employment arrangements for employees' children, thereby enhancing employees' sense of belonging and corporate cohesion.
This scholarship award ceremony is a vivid embodiment of Zhejiang Shuangyang Group’s sincere care for its employees and their families, fully reflecting the company’s humanistic care that puts people first. It also stands as a strong testament to the group’s long-term commitment to talent cultivation and its active pursuit of greater social value. Looking ahead, Zhejiang Shuangyang Group will keep deepening the construction and improvement of its employee welfare system, and strive to build a warmer, more stable and supportive development platform for all employees, empowering their growth and advancing the company’s sustainable development hand in hand with its staff.
