The 40th anniversary celebration of Shuangyang group commended the advanced and released the brand of "Tongxin pilot vanguard"

Forty years of tireless effort, forty years of passing the torch. On the afternoon of June 6, 2026, Shuangyang Group celebrated the important milestone of its 40th anniversary. All colleagues gathered together for the grand 40th anniversary celebration and the 2025 Employee Awards Ceremony, launched the 'United Leadership Vanguard' brand, reminisced about the glorious past, honored outstanding role models, and sketched out a new blueprint for development. Leaders at all levels, management staff, exemplary figures, and all employees were present to witness this extraordinary moment.

The conference officially kicked off with the opening dance 'The Earth Sings' performed by Workshop One of the Plug Division. Six frontline female workers from five provinces — Jia Qin (Shaanxi), Mo Chunzhi (Dushan, Guizhou), Qin Liuxian (Guangxi), Tian Jinzhi (Shandong), Fan Liuqing (Guangxi), and Jiang Anqiong (Yunnan) — all over 45 years old on average and with more than 10 years of work experience, used their cheerful and lively dance moves and uplifting energy to present a unique birthday gift for the 40th anniversary of the factory, instantly igniting the whole venue with excitement.

Everyone in the venue stood in silence as the solemn national anthem played. The powerful melody echoed through the place, also marking the ambitious spirit of the people of Shuangyang.

Chairman Luo Guoming gave a speech, looking back on Shuangyang's 40 years of development. From the early days of hard work to steady growth, from focusing deeply on the core business to a digital and intelligent transformation, these forty years of growth wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and efforts of every Shuangyang employee. Chairman Luo expressed his heartfelt thanks to all staff for their hard work over the years, and looking ahead to the future, he encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of diligence, work together with united effort, and join hands to embark on a new journey of high-quality development for the company.

The recognition segment for outstanding teams and individuals for 2025 is an important part of this conference. Deputy General Manager Zhou Hanjun announced the winners on site, and Chairman Luo and General Manager Luo presented certificates, trophies, and cash prizes to outstanding staff, model employees, excellent team leaders, labor models, as well as teams that won awards for outstanding collective performance, safety production, and management innovation. Each honor is a recognition of those who work hard; each trophy carries the glory of their efforts.

Outstanding employee representative You Liangpan and model worker and young cadre representative Han Xing took turns on stage to share their experiences, talking about their work insights based on their own positions.

Ye Xufeng, winner of the Management Innovation Award, representative of the Intelligent Digital Transformation Vanguard Team, and assistant to the general manager, shared insights on the path of innovative development based on the team's work. The power of role models truly touches people's hearts and also lets all employees feel the spirit of striving for excellence and moving forward bravely.

Poetic expression of emotions, praising birthdays

Xiao Li (joined in March 2004, Sichuan), Wang Shaoyang (joined in March 2002, Henan), Ye Kefeng (joined in March 2015, local), and Li Mingwei (joined in April 2012, Guizhou), four model employees and workshop directors who grew up from the front lines, bring a poetry recitation called 'Forty Years Forging the Soul, Double Sheep Sailing Far.' From the perspective of these four veteran employees, they tell the entrepreneurial story of Chairman Luo Guoming, who has stayed true to his original intention and committed to industry for forty years, and the second generation of the Luo family, who continue the legacy while staying innovative.

Li Ling passionately recited 'Forty Years of Double Sheep, Warm and Heartfelt,' telling the story of General Manager Luo Yuanyuan buying her a wig after her serious illness and chemotherapy. Words can't fully express her gratitude, nor can they capture the warmth of the mutual support and companionship between the company and its employees.

For forty years, we've weathered ups and downs together, and there's a group of long-time employees who have stuck with the company through it all. The event specifically held an awards ceremony to honor senior staff with 10, 20, and 30+ years of service. Representatives from 158 employees with ten years of service and 95 employees with twenty years of service went on stage to receive their awards, while all 12 employees with thirty years of service came up to be recognized. They dedicated the best years of their youth to Shuangyang and have been witnesses, participants, and pioneers in the company's growth.

The ceremony was warm and cozy. Chairman Luo, Chairman Wu, the Luo sisters, and veteran employees with thirty years of service all came on stage to cut the celebration cake together. The cake symbolizes reunion, happiness, and hope, and everyone shared in the joy of the 40th anniversary.

"Hey, aren't those Lulu and her brother?" The workers in Workshop One gasped from below the stage. It turned out that Director Luo and President Luo's whole family had specially invited the exemplary employee Wei Cailan's two children to the company's anniversary celebration, so they could watch the ceremony and cut the cake together, making up for her recent absence at the celebration while she was at the hospital taking care of her husband and unable to send her birthday wishes to the company for its 40th anniversary.

A banner, a tribute

Li Jingde, a boiler worker from the sulfur workshop (joined in May 2000, from Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan), presented a banner to Chairman Luo Guoming and his family at the celebration. On the banner was an acrostic poem he created himself: 'With countless emotions, my heart is always praising; Your favor is as heavy as a mountain, granting silk and brocade; Two goats hold their hearts in gratitude to the motherland; Young lambs kneel for milk, welcoming the light.' Through this, he and his wife expressed their sincere thanks and best wishes to Chairman Luo and his entire family.

The story behind the banner: Li Jingde’s wife, Song Yuhong, joined Shuangyang in 2007. In the summer of 2008, she was diagnosed with severe hydronephrosis in her right kidney and had it removed. The company has provided continuous care and support.

Li Jingde said: Sixteen years of weathering storms together have taught me deeply that Shuangyang is a helping hand in times of trouble, a warm bonfire in the cold winter, and a light that never goes out in the dark; and employees are never just tools of labor, but family connected to the company's lifeblood. At Shuangyang, I found something even more precious than work—the warmth of home.

Tongxin Leadership Vanguard' Party-Building and Work-Unit Brand Launch Event

The 'Tongxin Leadership Vanguard' Party-Building and Work-Unit Brand Launch Event is the highlight of this factory anniversary celebration. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the factory and further enhance Shuangyang's party-building efforts while deepening the integration of party-building, work-unit, and employee care initiatives, the company’s Party Branch has set exemplary Party member Xiao Li as a benchmark and established the Xiao Li Tongxin Leadership Vanguard. The goal is to create a distinctive and highly recognizable brand with strong influence, based on 'party-building guidance, work-unit empowerment, and employee care education.' Through this brand, we fully showcase the exemplary role of Party members, carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, model workers, dedication, and mentorship, making the Vanguard a stronghold for tackling enterprise challenges, a caring team for employees, a cradle for young talent development, and a benchmark brand for social responsibility. With this red brand empowering the company’s 40th anniversary journey, we aim to take Party-building work to a new level.

The conference held the launch and flag presentation ceremony for the United Heart Pioneer Team brand. General Zhou gave a detailed explanation of the pioneer team's brand meaning and shared the original intention and mission of establishing the team. Party branch secretary and general manager Luo Yuanyuan presented the flag to the pioneer team, and youth mentor and deputy manager of the production department Xiao Li accepted the flag on behalf of the team.

Xiao Li gave a statement as a representative of the vanguard team, and then led 10 team representatives in a solemn oath. The powerful words echoed throughout the venue: 'I volunteer to join the Tongxin Leading Vanguard Team, stick to my original intentions, take responsibility, work together diligently, lead with progress, and empower and contribute to the high-quality development of Shuangyang.

General Manager Luo Yuanyuan shared a message to all team members, hoping everyone would bravely take on responsibilities, lead by example, drive the company's development through practical action, stay true to their original mission and uphold the culture; be hands-on workers who are deeply committed to their roles and brave enough to break new ground; and be protectors who pass on knowledge and help each other along the way.

At the end of the event, President Zhou called on all employees to take the advanced figures as role models, draw strength from them, carry forward the forty-year spirit of hard work, and unite to set off again.

The conference ended with all the cadres singing the chorus 'My Motherland and I' together, and the passionate singing expressed their love for the country and drive to move forward.
