Passionate Blood Continues the Red Legacy, Sincerely Celebrating Four Decades — Passionate Shuangyang People Donate Blood Voluntarily to Welcome the 105th Anniversary of the Party and Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Factory

A century of party history reflects our original mission, and forty years of Shuangyang marks a new chapter. In June 2026, Shuangyang Group will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its founding, and in July, the 105th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party. Over four decades of hard work and development, Shuangyang Group has closely followed the Party's guidance, deeply rooted in industry, upheld its responsibilities, and steadily grown and thrived through the waves of the times. Over 105 years of trials and storms, the Chinese Communist Party has safeguarded the people and warmed the land with its sincere commitment to the public. To sincerely celebrate these dual milestones, spread public welfare love, and demonstrate corporate responsibility, 45 passionate members of Shuangyang Group’s united leadership pioneer team rolled up their sleeves, using their burning enthusiasm to deliver warmth and practical actions to honor this glorious anniversary!

Forty years of craftsmanship building our foundation, and passionate dedication showing our original intent. This blood donation event celebrating both anniversaries has received great attention from Chairman Luo Guoming and General Manager Luo Yuanyuan, and has also seen enthusiastic participation from many employees. At the event, there were veteran employees who have grown with Shuangyang Group and dedicated decades to their positions, staying true to the spirit of public service and honoring the company’s 40-year journey with their dedication. There were also energetic and ambitious young employees, taking initiative and leading courageously, demonstrating the mission of youth in the new era with their youthful passion. Everyone expressed, through their actions, the Shuangyang spirit of loving their work, upholding virtues, and taking on responsibilities with great care. Each bag of fresh blood gathered became a warm stream of hope for preserving life; each act of selfless contribution is the sincerest and warmest special gift from all Shuangyang employees for the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 40th anniversary of the company.

Under the guidance of the medical staff, everyone went through the steps of scanning codes, registering, filling out forms, doing tests, giving blood, and receiving certificates in an orderly way, and the blood donation event went smoothly.

Party Building Leads the Way to Unite Strength, Party Members Set the Benchmark

In this public welfare action initiated jointly by the Group Party Branch and the Union, and organized by key members of the Tongxin Leading Pioneer Team, the Party Member Vanguard once again became the backbone. Young Party members Chen Ke, Feng Zefeng, Han Xing, and aspiring Party member Hua Yixin have not only led blood donation efforts for consecutive years but have also actively mobilized workshop employees to expand the volunteer team, vividly demonstrating the red power of 'Party building leading labor construction, Party members setting an example.'

Young party member and Director of Plug Workshop No. 2, Chen Ke, has been the captain of the Hot-Blooded Shuangyang Employees' voluntary blood donation event for many years. Every year, he leads by example in donating blood and actively organizes and motivates everyone. For several years in a row, more than 50% of the people from Plug Workshop No. 2 have signed up to donate blood.

Lin Cifeng from Plug Workshop No. 2 has been there for every voluntary blood donation since he joined Shuangyang.

Zhao Yunyun, an employee from the Plug Workshop in Yunnan, said that during my time working at Shuangyang, my family went through a lot of changes. I received a lot of help from Shuangyang, my leaders, and colleagues, which restored my confidence in life. I want to use my passion to give back to the company and society!

Warehouse Director Shi Lifeng: As long as my health allows, I never miss the company's organized blood donation drives.

Ye Kefeng, a key member of the Tongxin Leading Vanguard Team and director of the rubber mixing workshop, is dedicated and hardworking in his job; when it comes to donating blood, he rolls up his sleeves without a second thought.

"I haven't read a lot of books, my education isn't high, and I'm not very good at speaking, but every year the company promotes knowledge about blood donation. I know that donating blood doesn't harm your health and can save lives, so we should also join in giving our love!" Wang Hongfen from Workshop Two said very plainly.

Gao Ruihua from Plug Workshop 2: I participated in blood donation last year too, so I can't miss it this time either.

Timer workshop supervisor Li Mingwei: Last year I couldn't donate because of getting my eyebrows tattooed, but this year I finally fulfilled my wish.

Wei Junxian, a new employee at Plug Workshop No. 2, donated blood for the first time. At work, he learns professional skills from the senior employees, and when it comes to showing care, he learns the spirit of dedication from them. There's mentoring at work and a ladder of love.

Several young employees were participating in a blood donation event for the first time. Although they felt a bit nervous, under the influence and encouragement of the senior staff, they all bravely rolled up their sleeves and contributed with love.
