TS-MD203 is Soyang’s IP44 splash-proof 24-hour mechanical plug timer with EU Schuko standard. It features an elongated rectangular housing, flip-up protective top lid plus transparent dial cover. The blue segmented rotary dial with sliding tabs allows users to set repeating daily ON/OFF schedules. Fully mechanical, no battery needed, designed for sheltered outdoor garden use.

1. IP44 is splash-resistant ONLY. It cannot withstand continuous heavy rain or submersion. Must be mounted in sheltered positions such as under eaves.
2. Do not exceed the maximum load of 3680W. Verify the power rating of connected appliances before use.
3. No backup battery. When mains power fails, timer dial stops rotating. Reset the time manually after power recovers.
4. Do not daisy-chain timers. Never plug one timer into another timer socket.
5. Both protective covers must remain closed during operation to preserve IP44 splash protection.
6. Unplug the timer before cleaning. Wipe the housing with dry cloth. Do not spray liquid directly onto the unit.
7. No built-in overcurrent protection. Unplug the timer immediately if the connected appliance works abnormally.
Clean only with dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners.
Inspect the casing, seals and covers regularly. Stop using if cracks or damaged seals are found.
Q: Will it keep running the timer when power is cut off?
A: No. It is mains-powered mechanical timer. The dial stops in power outages, you have to reset the time after power restores.

A: TS-MD203 adopts longer rectangular housing and blue dial tabs, while TS-MD202 has teardrop curved housing and black dial tabs, both IP44 rated.
Q: Can it be mounted vertically outdoors?
