XP01-D is a certified cable reel manufactured by Zhejiang Shuangyang Group, fully compliant with EN61242:1997+A1:2008+A2:2016+A13:2017 European standard, with Intertek test report No.2510B1788SHA-001. Designed for household and light industrial 230V European power supply, it integrates waterproof, overheat protection and portable structure.

IP44 Dust & Splash Proof Grade

Equipped with 4-way MB03-D sockets with self-closing waterproof lids and built-in child safety shutters, preventing accidental electric shock and splashing water damage, suitable for damp outdoor & workshop environments.

Dual Power Rating & Thermal Cut-out Safety

Fitted AD301 automatic thermal cut-out (56℃ trip temperature, 500 service cycles). Different power limits for fully reeled / fully unreeled cable: Max 1000W when cable coiled, up to 3600W when fully stretched, to avoid heat accumulation inside wound wires. Once tripped, users must unplug mains and press the red reset button manually, no automatic reset to avoid fire risks.

Heavy-Duty Rubber Cable Options

Standard cord: H05RR-F 3G1.0mm², max length 40m. Optional 3G1.5mm (50m) / 3G2.5mm² (40m). The rubber cable resists low temperature (-25℃), oil and abrasion, passed strict pull & torsion aging tests.

Flame Retardant & Impact Resistant Structure

Φ285 round reel shell made of flame retardant PP plastic (750℃ glow wire certified). Anti-rust painted metal frame, ergonomic integrated handle. Pass -15℃ low temperature impact test, not easy to crack after falling.

Universal EU Socket Compatibility

Class I full earthing design, earthing resistance ≤0.02Ω. Sockets fit SS 428, NEK 502, SFS 5610, CEE7 multi-country European plugs for Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark etc.

Outdoor Works: Garden maintenance, courtyard renovation, outdoor cleaning, temporary power for markets;

For high-power appliances, fully pull out all cables; never run full load with coiled wire.

After thermal cut-out trips: Unplug the main plug first, wait for cooling then press red reset button, do not short-circuit the protector manually.

Unplug all socket plugs before winding/unwinding cable to avoid internal wiring damage.

IP44 only resists splashing water; DO NOT soak the reel or wash with high-pressure water gun.

No self-modification of internal wiring or non-original thermal cut-out replacement, certification will be invalid.

Stop using immediately if cable sheath cracks or reel shell breaks to prevent electric leakage.

Monthly Inspection: Check cable surface damage, socket burning, loose waterproof covers.

Quarterly Test: Trigger thermal cut-out manually to confirm normal trip & reset function.

Half-year Maintenance: Wipe dust & oil from sockets, check metal frame anti-rust coating.

Storage: Store in dry ventilated place, avoid long-time sunlight exposure and extreme low temperature; loosely coil cable instead of tight winding.

Repair Rule: Only use original factory spare parts; unauthorized disassembly void test & CE certification.

Q1: Can XP01-D stay outdoors in continuous rain?

A: IP44 only prevents splashing water. Continuous rain immersion is forbidden; store under shelter when not in use for long outdoor deployment.

Q2: Can I use 2300W equipment when cable is fully coiled?

A: No. Wound cable cannot dissipate heat, maximum load for reeled status is 1000W. Stretch all cable for high-power devices.

Q3: Why does thermal cut-out trip frequently?

A: 1. Cable not fully extended; 2. Multiple high-power devices connected at the same time; 3. Cable aging. Cool down and reset after troubleshooting.

Q4: Does the socket fit European standard plugs from Germany, Norway, Denmark?

A: Yes, MB03-D multi-function socket supports mainstream EU grounded plugs.
