TS-ED204 is Soyang DE Schuko digital timer socket with IP44 dust and splash-proof rating, fitted with protective flip cover. It is suitable for outdoor, balcony and garden applications. Equipped with LCD screen, it supports 7-day weekly programmable timer and built-in RND random anti-burglary mode. Multiple ON/OFF schedules can be programmed to automatically control appliances and save energy.

1. 7-day weekly cycle timer, up to 20 independent ON/OFF programs. Schedules can run on single day, selected multiple days or repeat whole week. Built-in RND random anti-burglary mode, which randomly switches lights on/off during holidays to simulate occupancy and deter intruders.

1. IP44 rating is splash-resistant only. It cannot withstand continuous rain or submersion.
2. Do not daisy-chain. Do not plug this timer socket into another timer. (German: Nicht hintereinander stecken)
3. Total connected load must not exceed 3680W. Do not connect high-power heating devices beyond rating.
4. The plug side remains live even when output is off. Only unplug it for full disconnection from mains. (German: Spannungsfrei nur bei gezogenem Stecker)
5. This product is only for timing control. It has no residual current protection and cannot replace an RCD. We recommend RCD protection upstream for outdoor installation.
6. Keep children under adult supervision. Do not open the housing.
Wipe dust with dry soft cloth. Do NOT use wet cloth, alcohol or solvent cleaners directly on buttons or screen.
The built-in Ni-MH battery degrades over time. Saved schedules may be lost once battery drains completely after long unplugged storage. Do not disassemble. Unauthorized opening causes electric shock hazard and invalidates certifications. No user-serviceable parts inside. Stop using immediately if faulty.
Q: Will timer settings be lost after power failure?
A: Built-in rechargeable battery keeps time & schedules for short blackouts. If left unplugged for a very long time and battery drains completely, settings will reset.
Q: Can I leave it fully exposed to rain?
A: No. IP44 protects against splashing water, NOT heavy continuous rain or immersion. Use it under eaves or canopy shelter.
Q: What is RND random mode?
A: It randomly toggles power ON/OFF within preset time window. Lights turn on intermittently to simulate occupied house for vacation security.
Q: Blank screen / no display?
A: Plug into mains to recharge the internal battery. If screen still stays dark after charging, the unit is faulty. Discontinue use.
