Plastic Empty Spool Cable Reel

This empty plastic cable reel features thick impact-resistant blue plastic reel plates and a powder-coated U-shape metal support frame. It adopts an open spool design, allowing users to wind customized Schuko power cables of different lengths and wire gauges. Equipped with a comfortable hand crank for easy cable winding and unwinding. The reel is compatible with standard EU Schuko plugs. We support customized cable specifications, cable lengths ranging from 10m to 50 meters, rated voltage 230V, rated current up to 16A. Customization options include cable cross-section, cable color, logo marking and accessory changes for bulk orders. The lightweight plastic construction makes it simple to transport and store for site workers.

1.Heavy-Duty Impact Resistant Plastic Spool. The reel discs are made of high-strength engineering plastic, resistant to impact and cracking during daily site handling. It keeps lightweight while maintaining good structural stability, much easier to carry than metal cable reels.

2.Smooth Hand Crank Winding System. The ergonomic rubber-grip hand crank enables fast, neat cable retraction and release, helping users avoid messy cable tangles and save working time.

3.Stable U-shaped Metal Bracket. Powder coated metal stand provides solid support when pulling the cable. Anti-tip design prevents the reel from tipping over during operation, suitable for frequent movement between work sites.

4.Flexible Custom Wiring Solution. This empty spool design allows customers to match different copper cables according to their market demands. It can be assembled with standard Schuko plugs to build portable extension cords for EU residential and commercial use.

5.Reliable Safety Performance. All matched power cords use high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors, featuring low resistance and stable power transmission. The outer sheath is abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant and cold-resistant. Finished assembled reels can pass full electrical safety tests and meet CE requirements for EU market access.

This empty plastic cable reel is widely used for portable temporary power supply in home renovation, small construction sites, factory workshops, garages, warehouse maintenance and outdoor activities. It is popular among hardware distributors, electricians, maintenance teams and electrical equipment retailers. Users can assemble different lengths of EU extension cords on this spool to meet diverse customer demands.
